Environmental professional with six years of experience in watershed research, environmental education, and environmental consulting services. I am currently serving as a projects manager overseeing watershed protection programs in the Upper White River Basin of Arkansas. I have successfully developed graduate research studying phosphorus in streambed sediments, led a community Adopt-A-Watershed Program, and served as a community leader for watershed protection. I actively seek opportunities for engagement on issues of geography and water quality.

RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:
Water Quality Researcher Department of Geography - The University of Tennessee
Completed an independent research project studying the phosphorus concentration of channel-bed sediments in a high nutrient stream in East Tennessee.
Created and executed a field plan to collect sediment samples from the channel-bed from upstream, at, and downstream from an expected phosphorus impacted area.
Implemented standard research methods and statistical analyses to develop the dataset, analyze the data, and write a research report.
Defended the research project and final report to a committee of three faculty members representing the physical geography and soil science fields.
